FAQs:
We are here to answer common questions, assuage concerns, and overcome objections.
How long is a makeup and hair session?
It typically takes around 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. Depends on what type of makeup & hair you would like, and what occasion is it for.
A bridal trial/wedding day session takes 2-3hrs, a special event session takes 1.5 – 2 hrs, a bridesmaid/mom session takes 1 – 1.5hrs, and a junior bridesmaid/flower girl/groom session takes 30mins.
How many wedding parties can you take?
We are a team of professional makeup artists who could take up to 20 wedding parties/attendances.
Do you recommend I do a trial session before the wedding day?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we go the extra mile by providing trials for your hairdo and makeup. This allows us to perfect every detail leading up to your special occasion, so you can confidently step into the spotlight looking and feeling your best. In the meanwhile, you could arrange something special after our trial session, either an engagement/pre-wedding photoshoot, fine dining in a luxury restaurant, or even a bridal shower/bachelor party.Â
Airbrush Makeup vs Traditional Makeup
Pro: Airbrush makeup lasts all day.
One of the major advantages of airbrush makeup is it performs well. Silicone-based airbrush makeup lasts longer and is more water-resistant than regular makeup. Therefore, it’ll withstand all the hugging and kissing that will inevitably happen throughout your wedding day.
Con: It can be flaky.
The good news? Airbrush makeup looks amazing on moisturized, hydrated skin. The not-so-great news? Since the airbrush makeup is waterproof, the formula is a lot less creamy than a traditional foundation. If you have dry skin, make sure to do a trial session in advance to test your skin’s capability. But overall, take great care of your skincare routine leading up to the wedding day.
Pro: Airbrush makeup is known for its flawless finish.
Airbrushing allows for makeup to be applied evenly, allowing for an impeccably smooth finish with light to full coverage.
Con: It can be hard to retouch.
If you end up crying and your makeup streaks, it’s difficult to fill those spots in, making it a lot harder to re-create your original, flawless look.
Who need Airbrush Makeup?
Airbrush makeup is ideal for people who:
- Oily/Combination skin, pigmented skin, or large pores skin.
- Don’t have touchup buffer time on their event.
- Super long day event with a pre-ceremony photoshoot, ceremony, reception dinner, and after-hour party arrangements. But don’t want their makeup to be transferred.
- Don’t apply makeup quite often and want lightweight makeup that won’t bother them at all.
How does the bridal consultation and trial work?
The consultation will be arranged based on the bride’s needs. But we will definitely email our bride 1-2weeks before the trial session by asking about the makeup and hair look they would like to try. Also, Skin & hair preparation tips will be sent out at that time. The trial can be arranged 1-2 months before the wedding day so that the bride has a similar skin condition and hair length. However, an early trial arrangement is also acceptable. You could also arrange it for the day of your engagement photoshoot if you are planning to have one.

Changes more than twice will occur a $50 service fee each time.
